What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELED' STATUSES MEAN?. Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to be approved. Ca
Is there a limit to the numer of points I can earn?
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn with us but please make sure to spend these points as they will expire after 1 year.

I'VE REDEEMED MY POINTS BUT FORGOTTEN MY CODE. Simply head to your account section and click "Redeem My Points" and copy & paste your code at checkout.', you'll be able to click on your last redemption and view your code.
