WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELED' STATUSES MEAN?

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to be approved. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account, and they will change from ‘pending’ to ‘cancelled’ if a purchase is cancelled.
