Will I be charged Custom & Import duties?Updated 2 months ago
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
Zahraa The Label is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
In the event of tax refusal, kindly note that courier will proceed to discard the package, and unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund because the package will not return back to us. Please also be aware that if UPS chooses to dispose of a package after delivery attempts, Zahraa The Label cannot intervene to retrieve it from courier's storage.
If an international package is refused or undeliverable, you are not eligible for a refund on your order.
