Why was I charged more than once?Updated 2 months ago

We understand how concerning multiple charges on your account can be. Often, what appears as multiple charges are actually authorization holds placed by your bank. These holds are a standard practice to verify funds and confirm the transaction.

Please note that only one charge will be processed for your order and we never charge our customers twice. Any extra holds you see should be automatically released by your bank within 3 to 7 business days. 

If the hold persists longer than expected, we recommend contacting your bank for further clarification.
