If there are any delivery issues with your package, the carrier will return it to our warehouse. Once the package is returned, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus the shipping fee. Please note that we are unable to reship returned items. Once the returned package is processed, you’ll receive a notification regarding your refund at the email address associated with your account.
For International Orders:
If a package is refused and returned to us, you are not eligible for a refund due to the high fees associated with rejected or undeliverable parcels.
