Delivery Time

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Zahraa The Label is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially during high-volume periods. Zahraa The Label can never guarantee a delivery date. We are not responsible for any package that comes back as undeliverable.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local courier.

Zahraa The Label is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

Delivery Delays

During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Zahraa The Label. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.

Please allow for some extra time in delivery as a result of COVID-19 once your package has been dispatched from us. All parcel companies are operating on limited staff and these delays are unfortunately out of our control. Our warehouse team are still dispatching all orders on time*

Taxes & Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Zahraa The Label is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

In the event of tax refusal, kindly note that UPS will proceed to discard the package, and unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund because the package will not return back to us. Please also be aware that if UPS chooses to dispose of a package after delivery attempts, Zahraa The Label cannot intervene to retrieve it from UPS storage.

If a package is refused & returned back to us, the cost of the return shipping/import fee and any additional fees will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Rest assured, we strive to provide accurate customs documentation and adhere to all relevant regulations to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. However, please understand that customs policies can vary widely from country to country, and it is the customer's responsibility to comply with any applicable customs requirements.
