All items that are valid for a return can be found on our Return Policy Page. If your items qualify for a return, you can submit a return request by filling out the form here.
If your order qualifies for a return, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to return your order. Once your return request is approved, you must ship the items back to us within 2 business days, in order for us to process your return request.
You can ship back your items through your desired courier, in which you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that if your order qualified for free shipping previously, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred to ship your order, from your refunded total.

If your return request is rejected, your order did not qualify for a return or an exchange. If you ship back your items that are rejected or not approved, your order will be disposed.
